Innovations in Care Coordination Grantees

The Wisconsin Care Integration Initiative (WiCII) is a part of the Innovations in Care Coordination for Children and Youth with Autism Spectrum Disorders and Other Developmental Disabilities Program. This program is funded by the Maternal and Child Health Bureau of the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA). The initiative is currently funded on a four-year grant from September 2019 through August 2023. WiCII was previously funded from September 2016 through August 2019.
